Original language description
In this paper is described the analysis of faults interrupted by generator circuit breaker (SF6). The comparison of network parameters to circuit breaker interrupting capability determines circuit breaker’s limited interrupting characteristics andthus reliable fault’s interruption. This analysis also includes an asymmetrical fault with respect to longer arcing time. These results will serve for design as well as testing of quenching chambers of circuit breakers.

Tento článek analyzuje vypínání zkratových proudů generátorovým vypínačem (SF6). Srovnání vypínaných parametrů v síti k vypínací schopnosti vypínače určuje limitní vypínací charakteristiku vypínače a tedy i určuje spolehlivé vypnutí zkratu. Analýza takéobsahuje popis asymetrického zkratu s ohledem na delší vypínací čas. Tyto výsledky slouží k návrhu a testování vypínací komory vypínače.
