Our system and economy is built on technologies which need a lot of power. There are high expectation of reliability of power plant and therefore power units as well. The power plant unit is composed of many (mostly) reparable technological systems whichcooperate. In our paper we present one way how to calculate the probability of failurefree time of power plant unit.
