    This paper deals with numerical computations of cutoff frequencies of various crosssection waveguides including irregular hexagonal waveguide. Simulation results are very important for assembling of ventilation structures, which are used as a highly effective electromagnetic shielding. There is shown a lot of results for different size of waveguides. Numerical models were solved by finite element method (FEM).
