Inner Electric Field Deformation in EIS
Original language description
Electrical insulation is used to establish a barrier for separation of two different electrical potentials. In the design of high voltage insulation systems, one of the major problematic factors is inhomogeneity in the bulk material. Inhomogeneities occupied in electrical insulation material causing a strong deformation of electrical field. This very important phenomenon can lead to destruction of the insulation at unknown place. This is very dangerous for electrical equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to pay enhanced attention to an electrical field interaction with dielectrics. Especially when considering high voltage systems. At the interface of the components there is increased possibility of occurrence of inhomogeneities in these multicomponentsystems. The electrical field deformation brings about phenomenon of space charge accumulation, which supports such adverse effect. With increasing demands for improved performance of electrical equipment simultaneously are high demands o
