This article provides basic information concerning op-timization of charging electric vehicles and hybrid cars. It deals with design algorithm for the design of battery sizes for these vehicles. The study aims to show the mathematical basis for solv-ingspecific problems in this area. The proposed method is based on the theory of optimization, minimize operating costs, based on average values of prices per kWh, radiation intensity and profile of the use of vehicles.
