    Properties of one type memristor emulator

  • Original language description

    In this paper the one type of memristor emulator is described. The memmristor emulator consists of operational amplifiers, multipliers and negative resistor. The voltage-current characteristics, time responses and application of presented memristor in Wien bridge chaotic oscillator were simulated and constructed results are described in paper. The main advantage of memristor emulator is simple construction.
