Original language description
This paper deals with the ethical aspects of oral history methods in teaching school. The author based on his experience and knowledge of the team of colleagues from the Center for Oral Histor SOHI of Department of History, University of the West Bohemia. The experience is mainly linked to the teaching of modern history, the history of socialism in the former Czechoslovakia and the history of World War II. The author also gives some tips on how ethical controversies of oral history in the schools face to overcome.
