Original language description
This monograph is concerned with the concepts of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education at universities, mainly in the context of the current situation in the EU and especially in the Visegrad countries. It presents and discusses the major findings of the international research survey conducted within two-year (2014 - 2016) strategic scientific project which has been undertaken by an international team of researchers from V4 universities. The main purpose of the present research was to provide an analytical overview of the current state of teaching entrepreneurship at universities in the V4 countries. The research was also intended to bring new ideas and proposals concerning innovations in entrepreneurship education at universities in the V4 countries. Both quantitative and qualitative approaches and methods were applied in the research. The monograph contributes to the existing literature and knowledge about entrepreneurship education by providing not only an overview of this form of education in higher educational institutions, but also by highlighting possible perspectives and gaps in the given field.
