Original language description
We study the existence of the weak solutions of the nonlinear boundary value problem -Delta_p u = lambda_1|u|^{p-2} u + g(u) -h(x) in Omega, u=0 on partial Omega, where the nonlinearity g is of the Landesman-Lazer type. Our sufficient conditions generalize all previously published results about the strong resonance at the first eigenvalue.
