    TiAlN single and multilayers were deposited on cold work tool steel Vanadis 4 Superclean by cathodic arc plasma deposition. Mechanical properties of coating-substrate layer were characterised by GD-OES, scratch test, surface roughness and scanning electron microscopy.

    Pomocí katodového obloukového napařování byli deponovány na ocel propráci za studena jednoduché i multivrstvy TiAlN. Mechanicé vlastnosti systemu tenká vrstva substrát byli zkoumány pomocí GD-OES, scratch testu, profilometrie a elektronové mikroskopie.
