Original language description
This paper describes simple predictive controller respecting limitations put on manipulated value. The manipulated value can change at given maximum rate or slower and must stay within the saturation bounds. The step response sequence is used as controlled process model. The other design parameters are prediction horizon, control horizon and the complexity of the initial control sequence when the limitations are active. Afterwards the controller works in linear mode based on LQ control. The so-called blocking strategy is used for reducing the computational cost.

Czech description
Článek popisuje jednoduchý prediktivní regulátor, který respektuje omezení akční veličiny. Ta se může měnit danou maximální rychlostí nebo pomaleji a je omezena saturačními mezemi. Jako model řízeného systému je použita přechodová charakteristika. Dalšínávrhové požadavky jsou horizont predikce, horizont řízení a složitost řídicí sekvence pokud jsou omezení aktivní. Následně už regulátor pracuje v lineárním módu založeném na LQ řízení. Pro snížení výpočetní náročnosti je použita tzv. blokovací strategie.
