Existence and nonexistence of positive solutions for a class of superlinear semipositone systems

Original language description

We consider an elliptic system of two equations of the semipositone type with zero Dirichlet conditions depending on a parameter lambda. We prove that there is a bifurcation of positive solutions from infinity in the solution norm at lambda = 0. We alsoshow that the system does not have a positive solution for lambda large.
