Original language description
The contribution describes an application of a custom software for automatic evaluation of mechanical measurements, namely modulus of elasticity for small as well as large deformations, tissue preconditioning, etc. This software, written in the Python programming language, is applied to mechanical measurements of fresh and frozen samples of corio-epidermal junctions of equine hoof. There were found no significant differences between mechanical properties of frozen and fresh of corio-epidermal junctions.
