Existence of positive solutions for a class of superlinear semipositone systems
Original language description
We consider a nonlinear elliptic system of the semipositone cooperative type where ?depending on a parameter on a bounded domain sufficiently smooth boundary. The reactive terms are Caratheodory functions that are superlinear at infinity. We prove that the system has a positive strong solution for small values of the parameter by using degree theory combined with re-scaling argument and a uniform apriori bound of positive strong solutions to some Lane-Emden type of systems.
