Original language description
The paper concerns with the modelling of vibration of the nuclear fuel assembly (FA). The model includes all possible nonlinearities to describe the FA vibration - impact forces between fuel pellets stack and the fuel rods (FRs) cladding, impact forces between guide thimbles (GTs) and spacer grids (SGs) and contact friction forces between FRs cladding and SGs cells. The method is applied for the Russian TVSA-T FA with hexagonal cross-section. The paper presents a complex modelling concept of FA vibration caused by pressure pulsations of coolant. Based on the simulated vibration, the evolution of the grid-to-rod fretting occurs in contact points between the FR cladding and SGs can be determined.
