  • Original language description

    Viscoelastic moduli of porcine urinary bladder tissue were determined using Perkin Elmer Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer DMA 7e. A direct exponential fitting was carried out to the measured data. Material moduli were used in model of hyperelastic hollow sphere representing the urinary bladder. Volume and pressure difference relationship was derived suggesting the pressure difference values one order higher than expected. Which may be applying elastic moduli measured on "dead" tissue.
