The paper presents the process of motivating high school students to study the technical fields by system of paid summer jobs. Selected students were recruited for a summer job in the field of research and development and with the help of sociological research their feedback was monitored. It was confirmed that the well selected works in the working team encourages students to further work in the field, respectively to study the field.
