Original language description
The aim of the work was to map the present state of nursing process in ward institutions of health care and health and social care type in the Czech Republic. The work presents preliminary results of the research.Material and methods: Non-anonymous questionnaires about the present state of implementation of nursing process in the given institutions were filled out by the assistants in 164 institutions. Results: 72% of the analyzed institutions use nursing process in the care about patients or clients, but only 61% of them applies nursing process in full extent.

Czech description
Cílem práce bylo mapování ošetřovatlského procesu v zdravotnických zařízeních. Práce presentuje výsledky výzkumu. Materiál a metody: neanonimní dotazník-v ošetzřovatelském procesu vyplněný v 164 institucích. Výsledky 72 % sledovaných institucí využívá ošetřovatelský proces v péči o pacienty. Jen v 61 % byl aplikován plný ošetřovatelský proces.
