Der Text orientiert sich an der Problematik der durch die Etikettierung beeinflussten pädagogischen Kommunikation, also der Kommunikation, die während des gegenseitigen Kontakts zwischen dem Pädagogen und dem Schüler realisiert wird. Die auf diese Art geführte Kommunikation bildet Kommunikationsbarrieren, die in Folge der Demotivierung der Schüler zur Verletzung und Nicht-Effektivität des Edukationsprozesses führen.
