The questions of stabilisation of clovers in pasture swards with different earlynes were studied at bellow mountain region of Šumava in years 1997 - 1999. It was proved the very good stability of legumes (Trifolium repens) at a middle early swards. Moreintensive competition to legumes was at late and early mixtures. For early mixtures it is as a dominant species every appropriate Dactylis glomerata (cv. Niva), for middle early mixtures festulolium (cv. Hykor) and for late mixtures Lolium perenne (cv. Mustang).
