On the base of the FRVŠ project the Quality plant product laboratory got FlashEA 1112 Nitrogen/Protein Analyzer. This instrument use principle of Dumas´ method for nitrogen assesment. The own analyse is based on simple burning process in the condition ofpreheating oxygen. Advantages of the method are: quick analyse, auto deteck oxygen system, detection possibility of material with various nitrogen content, automatic running, output on computer. At the present it was tested nitrogenous content in potatoes, cereals spelt, common wheat, oat and forage for quality evaluation.
