The SEUROP system was applied in the set of 2500 slaughtered hybrid pigs. Verification by the ZP Method showed that about 95 % of carcass sides met categorisation criterion for I. class. The average slaughter weight achieved 115,1 kg; average lean meat content 53,4 %. The most favourable classification was found in category 70 - 79,9 kg (57,2 %), relative very favourable classification was to 90 - 99,9 kg (54,6 %) yet.
