Evaluating the genetic distances by Nei standard method, the lowest was found between Black and White cattle and German Black and White cattle. The distances between Czech Pied and Black and White, Czech Red and Black and White, and Czech Red and Czech Pied were low or medium, it reflects wel their relationship. Surprisingly, high distance was between Czech Red and German Red, it was not expected with regard to their phylogenetic origin. The distances namely at German Red cattle were influenced by inbreeding and genetic drift, respectively. Distances Cavalli-Sforza were similar to Nei standard.
