Degradace hemicelulózy a celulózy u různých druhů trav

  • Original language description

We investigated the ruminal degradation of organic matter, cellulose and hemicellulose, from four variaties and one hybrid of grasses. The cultivars Vega (Dyctylis glomerata), Sobol (Phleum pratense), Lonar (Lolium peprenne), Lolita (Loloum multiflorum)and hybrid Felina (MRK) were tested. The samples were taken at Plant Breeding Station Větrov in 2001 and 2002 during May and June. The ruminal degradation was tested in sacco. The incubation times were 8, 24 and 48 hours. The highest degradation were found out in the second period of May. We observed the best degradability results in Lolita cultivar - the ruminal digestibility of organic matter, cellulose and hemicellulose were 76,88%, 79,06% and 86,65% in May samples after 48 hours of incubation.
