Original language description
There was investigated ruminal digestibility of OM (organic matter), NDF (neutral detergent fibre), ADF (acido detergent fibre), CF (crude fibre), cellulose and hemicellulose at four species and at one hybrid in this scientific work. They were tested cultivars Vega (Dactylis glomerata), Sobol (Phleum pratense), Lonar (Lolium peprenne) Lolita (Lolium multiflorum) and hybrid Felina (MRK). The samples were taken at Plant Breeding Station Větrov in 2001 and 2002 in the May and June. The ruminal digestibility was tested by the method in sacco. The incubation times were 8, 24 and 48 hours. The highest digestibilities were found out in the second period of May. We observed the best results of ruminal digestibility at cultivar Lolita (Lolium multiflorum). Theruminal digestibility of OM and fibre spectrum of cultivar Lolita were 76,88% OM, 75,49% NDF, 60,24% ADF, 77,88% CF, 79,06% cellulose and 89,65% hemicellulose at taking in second period of May after 48 hours of incubation.
