Five varieties of common buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.) were tested in field experimens for three years. The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of the variety and environmental conditions on rutin distribution in the plant.

Pět odrůd pohanky seté (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) bylo testováno po tři roky v polních pokusech. Cílem práce bylo zjistit vliv odrůdy a růstových podmínek na distribuci rutinu v rostlině.
