    Fish sperm cryopreservation methods were elaborated upon for ex situ conservation of nine strains of Bohemian common carp. A sperm freezing procedure was developed that resulted in high motility after thawing as well as in high values of velocity and percentage of sperm motility, fertilization, and hatching yield.
