From 1990 to 1995 the number of criminal offences registered by the police radically increased. In 1994 the necessity to solve this saituation brought the government of the Czech Republic to approval of "The programme of social and crime rate prevention." At looking for the educational innovations, an aimed and qualified use of PE means is being offered. We researched possibilities of application of yoga and relaxation techniques in the juvenile delinquents in educational institutions. We aimed at the compilation and verification of a special yoga program, above all for psychical tension relief, aggression reduction and positive changes in self-conception.
