Original language description
A lot of effort both on side of academics and practitioners has been dedicated to appropriate methods supporting regional development planning and management ? like city marketing, regional marketing and destination management among others. But these approaches are often based on an assumption that various parties involved in this process are willing to cooperate and rationally understand possible consequences of various actions, like impacts of cooperation and noncooperation. In comparison with that, the situation in transforming countries like the Czech Republic may be different. There is a persisting lack of trust between local entrepreneurs, their official representatives (like the Chamber of Commerce) and local authorities responsible for regionaldevelopment planning and development. In this sense we would like to propose as we think a viable solution to this problem ? an approach based on usage of management flight simulators as tools aligning interests of main parties involved
