Human resource management is essential for businesses, this is related development and education of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim of this paper is analyze personnel system focuses on areas in process of Human resource management and evaluation process of Human resource management. Primary data was collected through questionnaire survey and interviews with managers and owners of small and medium-sized enterprises from South Bohemia during year 2013 within the grant project GAJU039/2013/S entitled: Human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
