Economic Aspects of the Amortization of Human Capital in the Public Sector
Original language description
In the Czech Republic, for military service, the maximum age for leaving the retirement age is 65 years, in civil employment conditions up to 70 years. At the same time, the intention is to extend the retirement age (65-67 years after 2035). The age limit at the age of 65 is unacceptable for some professions of military service due to a faster amortization of human capital. Therefore, economically efficient social security systems should be put in place to terminate the military service of certain system functions.
