Original language description
In the Czech Republic, the intention is to extend the retirement age. Two variants are considered, 65-67 years after 2035 and also 65-year-olds. The age limit at the age of 65 is unacceptable for some professions because of the faster depreciation of human capital. Therefore, economically efficient retirement schemes for early retirement should be set up for professions with considerable physical and mental burden, risk (mining, metallurgy, construction, pilots, rescuers, etc.) At the same time, the upcoming era of Industry 4.0, accompanied by considerable technological changes, greatly complicates the prognosis for setting the age limit for retirement. The situation needs to address the current problems faced by the Czech economy and its pension system. From the economic point of view, it is precisely the reduction of the retirement age for selected professions with faster depreciation of human capital.
