We deal with the inverse problem of model parameters estimation using the spatio-temporal images acquired by the so-called FRAP {Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching) met [4, 5]. In our previous work [9], we presented the problem formulation takinginto account tbi the parameter being estimated is space independent (isotropie) , but it can vary in time. Tbi formulation uncovered the ill-posedness and complexity of our inverse problem, see e.g. [2, ~ In this contribut ion, we study another problem{dosely related to the previous one) residingi optimization of a design variable for FRAP experiments.
