Original language name
Glycosyl azide - a novel substrate for enzymatic transglycosylations
Original language description
Glycosyl azides are new efficient donors for glycosidases. Their high water solubility facilitates transglycosylations with comparable or better yields than common O-glycosides. The azido group totally changes the beta-GalNAc-ase/beta-GleNAc-ase ratio inbeta-N-acetylhexosaminidases (from the usual 0.3-1.0 to < 0.01), contrary to all known aglycons
Czech name
Glykosylové azidy - nový druh substrátu pro enzymatickou transglykosylaci
Czech description
Glykosylové azidy jsou nové účinné donory pro glykosidázy. Jejich vysoká rozpustnost ve vodě podporuje transglykosilaci srovnatelnými nebo lepšími výtěžky než obyčejné O-glykosidy.
