The software is specialized tool for semi-automatic analysis of the algal colonies. The software was developed for the purposes of analysis of the state of algal colonies prepared using the special applicator (stamp). The software allows the user to process one image of colonies at a time. The user can do the labeling of the colonies using predefined templates and image segmentation of colony and background. The software calculates the characteristics of segmented colonies and saves them into text files. This file can be read by Microsoft Excel.
