Original language description
To analyze the influence of various plasma fluctuations upon the probe measurements we developed a computer program modeling average electron characteristics and then processing them as Maxwellian. The purely numeric treatment enabled simple investigations of the influence of the fluctuations on the probe characteristics regardless of their form and magnitude.
