Original language description
Species of the genus Paralipsis are endoparasitoids of root aphids in the Palearctic. Species collected during the last 60 years from eight European countries and even Morocco were subjected to molecular an morphological characterization. Four independent lineages werenrecognized. Two new species, P. brachycaudi Tomanovič et Starý and P. rugosa Tomanovič et Starý sp.n.were described. Key to were species is added.
