Persistance of denitrifying enzyme activity in refrigerated and air - dried Cambisols.
Original language description
Denitrifying enzyme activity declined to a greater extent and was more variable in sois stored air-dried for 6 months than after storage aet 4oC. DEA was greater in fertilized soils. Therelative differences in DEA between soils were maintained after storage at 4 oC. We suggest that storage at 4 oC is more appropriate than air-drying.
