The main topic of the project is the experimental search for the anticholinesterase activity of 7-methoxytacrine in selected brain structures and in the some peripheral organs and tissues. The interaction of 7-methoxytacrine with L-carnitine and acetyl-L-carnitine was also studied at the same experimental setting.
