Original language description
The therapeutic efficacy of three new monopyridinium and two currently used bispyridinium oximes in combination with cholinolytic drug benactyzine against soman poisoning was evaluated in mice. The new monopyridinium oximes do not provide any improvementin the antidotal treatment of soman-induced acute poisoning in comparison with bispyridinium oximes, regardless of their low toxicity for mam- mals.
