Comparative proteome analysis of cellular proteins extracted from highly virulent Francisella tularensis ssp. tularensis and less virulent F. tularensis ssp. holarctica and F. tularensis ssp. mediaasiatica
Original language description
Several protein spots were found differentially present, specifically present or found in different charge variant among three subspecies of Francisella tularensis. Many of those proteins have been considered to be involved in virulence mechanisms of F.tularensis or other bacteria.
