The article deals with system approach to the logistics chains security assessment against different types of terrorist threats. The different types of terrorism differ in their impact on the elements of logistics chains. At the same time the elements oflogistics chains have different levels of vulnerability against international terrorism which is considered to be one of the most imminent current security threats. The logistics chains vulnerability assessment is based on the susceptibility to terrorist attacks and other intentional acts.
