The White book of the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of the Czech Republic ? strategic document describing possible future of the department for the next ten years (2011-21)- in the chapter 8, article 8.5. contains the requirement to procure materiel and services via open procedures if it is possible and efficient. The aim of the paper is to analyze procurement process aspects of the Armaments division, strategic acquisition body of the MoD from the open procedures using in military practice point of view. Method of data filtration analysis has been used in order to find the results of this research.
