The article focuses on searching the specifics of the relationship between environmental management and organization?s image. When the organization makes decisions about implementation of a selected environmental measure in order to strengthen the organization?s image, it shall first consider certain factors. The factors influencing the degree of strengthening the organization?s image as a result of the environmental measures implementation can be related to the organization?s specifics and its output,as well as to the nature of the selected measure. Finally, in decision-making about implementing a certain measure it is necessary to consider also external factors ? cultural, social, psychological etc. Based on assessment of all the relevant aspects the organization can decide for implementation of the environmental management and its specific tool.
