DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS IN THE PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE ACR MILITARY VEHICLES
Original language description
The system of technical tribodiagnostics in the conditions of the Army of the Czech Republic (ACR) is described in the paper. The technical tribodiagnostics is a significant tool of quality management in the operation of military vehicles and special equipment. The outcomes of laboratory analyses of oil fills and the following diagnostic recommendations are fundamental aspects of predictive maintenance. The predicted defects of vehicles are categorized according to the assessment outcomes, which is further classified in relation to the intensity of employment of vehicles. The outcomes prove the fact that vehicles with higher work-load are increasingly worn out, i.e. by 20-30%.
