Operational improvement of systems and processes at critical infrastructure detection check sites
Original language description
An investigation of operational improvement of systems and processes at critical infrastructure detection check sites is this paper objective. Intense and sophistic exploitation of existing and new sites is expected in a future. These sites will perform much more roles than existing. First of all: the prevention of security incident, object security, protection of humans, population and estates. Many functions they can perform at the identification of dangerous persons and materials. DYVELOP methodology identifies the problems in staff training, education and interoperability with the impact to Czech critical infrastructure. It determines exact interpretation of operational security efficiency of detecting checks sites. Scientific contributions outline the ways for organizational and technologic improvement of implemented entities. International client requirements reflect experiences of global know-how. Practice contribution gives the challenges for industrial and educational activities. It includes also the models for qualified, authorized and standardized administration, audit, inspection, revision and screening.
