Composition of the METEO11 Meteorological Message according to Abstract of a Measured Meteorological Data
Original language description
Artillery units assigned to multinational task forces cannot carry out effective fire without previous fire adjustment, creation of fictive targets and conduction of a complex meteorological measurement by its own units. Incompatibility of Czech artillery and some other states with NATO armies is caused by use of different model of tabular atmosphere, non-standard firing tables and format of the METEO11 meteorological message. Following article deals with this long-term incompatibility by use of new application support made by authors. In development of this program it was necessary to define new procedure of partial data calculation in meteorological message, which is generated on basis of measured meteorological data abstract from the MARWIN MW32 sounding system used in NATO armies.
