Motivation is the term used to describe those processes, both instinctive and rational by which people seek to satisfy the basic drives perceived needs and personal goals, which trigger human behavior. This involves putting inputs that are necessary for changing the work, attitudes and behavior. Successful research requires a thorough and comprehensive assessment of its functional characteristics. This article describes the concept of military students or cadet's motivation, the way it has been induce, persuade, stimulate and even compel an employee to act in a manner which may help in attaining organizational objectives. This article will present the differences of military students or cadets' motivation on the example of the Faculty of Military Leadership (University of Defence) and Vasil Levski National Military University.
