The electrochemical batteries properties are compared with the properties of super-capacitor and their optimal cooperation is solved in special conditions of variable load in vehicle. Traditional batteries are compared with the new technologies based onLithium. The first kind of super-capacitors based on liquid dielectric ? EDLC (Electrolyte Double- Layer Capacitor) future is discussed and compared with high voltage ceramic dielectric super-capacitor with nano-layers and last discoveries from researchon TiO2 for memristor, where some new physical phenomena promises wonderful energy storage.
