A contribution to visibility forecast
Original language description
A knowledge of the actual visibility is the most beneficial for forecasts for some hours ahead (up to 6 hours). The best results came from considered procedures based on visibility modification with relative humidity changes (Devel_Q50) or diurnal and annual changes (Dev_CLIM). As a weak point the forecast of the reduced visibilities has appeared (high FAR).
